Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the watch in its original presentation box, including all protective films, tags, and warranty cards to ensure full credit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the watch's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
