Where are Hemel watches designed and assembled?
All Hemel watches are designed in our New York studio. We source premium components globally, including mechanical movements from Japan and Switzerland, to ensure the highest standards of horological excellence.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We offer worldwide shipping via reliable carriers. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
Do Hemel watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every Hemel timepiece is backed by a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects and mechanical issues under normal use conditions.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return any unworn, undamaged watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Are Hemel watches water-resistant?
Most of our watches feature a water resistance rating of at least 5 ATM (50 meters) or 10 ATM (100 meters). Please refer to the specific product page for your model's depth rating and recommended usage.
How should I maintain my mechanical watch?
To ensure longevity, we recommend winding manual models daily and servicing the movement every 3-5 years. Avoid exposing your watch to extreme temperatures or strong magnetic fields.
